Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We maintain strict quality control for all our smart wearable devices. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact support@momax.net.cn within 30 days of delivery for return authorization.

Important: Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

 

2. Return Requirements

- All smart devices must be returned in original condition

- Complete original packaging and accessories included

- Device must be cleared of all personal data

- No signs of physical damage or water exposure

- Proof of purchase required

- Return authorization from customer service required

 

3. Please Note

- Return shipping costs are not covered

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- 15% restocking fee applies for unwanted items

- Processing time: 1-3 business days after receipt

 

4. Warranty 

All our smart rings and watches come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

5. Warranty does not cover

- Physical damage

- Water damage beyond rated resistance

- Unauthorized repairs

- Normal wear and tear

- Misuse or failure to follow product care instructions

 

6. Exchange Policy 

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
