1. Smart Wearables Shipping

All Momax smart rings and watches contain Lithium-Ion batteries and require specialized shipping protocols to ensure safe delivery. Rest assured – while these items necessitate special handling, we offer free standard shipping on all products (excluding accessories).

2. Order Processing & Timeline

Our automated system prioritizes your order, dispatching it directly to our Momax Distribution Center immediately after purchase. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Please note that order modifications/cancellations are only available within 12 hours of purchase.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are displayed transparently at checkout.

3. Global Shipping & Tracking

We deliver to virtually any mailbox worldwide. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation via our default standard service.

Delivery estimates:

Standard: 7–14 business days (varies by region)
Rural/remote areas may experience slight delays

Note:

Deliveries to PO boxes outside Australia/Europe require standard shipping. Government building access may be restricted in some regions.

4. Important Notes

Unclaimed parcels: Should your parcel remain uncollected or incur unresolved customs/duties, return shipping and redelivery fees will apply.
Address accuracy: We cannot assume responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Shipping quotes: Final costs are location-dependent and displayed in your cart.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import fees, taxes, or duties (if applicable) are determined by your local customs authority and remain the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in your Momax order total.

7. Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will ship once all products are available. Tracking details will be emailed within 1–2 business days of dispatch.
