1. What if I don't know my size?
There are two ways to determine your ring size:
1. By purchasing a ring sizer along with your ring, we will send you the sizer first. After you receive the sizer, measure your finger and confirm your size with us via email before we send you the corresponding ring. Please click here for more details: Find your size with momax sizing kit
2. You can measure your finger circumference yourself (this method may not be very accurate). Please click here for more details: Find your size by yourself
2. When will you ship my order?
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:
Delivery normally takes 5-7 business days , depending on your specific address. Most locations can be reached within this timeframe. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance.
You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 5 to 7 days business days of ordering.
Please note: If you selected "I don't know my size" and purchased both a ring and a ring sizer. Since we’ll be sending two separate shipments (the sizer first, then the ring), the process may take a bit longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make sure your ring fits just right.
3. How do i return/exchange an item?
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 7 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned. Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at info@ecomposer.com, stating reason for return.
4. Is it safe to leave devices on the dock overnight?
Yes, the charging dock has built-in safety features like overcharge protection, temperature control, and short-circuit prevention. These features allow you to leave your devices charging overnight without risking damage.
5.Where can i find my tracking number?
All shipping information and the tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address you provided immediately upon dispatch.
